This is not your typical spa experience. Manicures, pedicures, foot soaks with massage, and rejuvenating facials are all performed in our heated, zero-gravity massage chair—so you never need to move, switch rooms, or break your state of relaxation. Before your appointment, you choose how you’d like to experience your time—selecting a custom playlist of your choosing, and whether you prefer silent service or light conversation. Your comfort, energy, and boundaries are always honored. Designed for deep comfort and full-body support (up to 350 lbs), the chair allows each treatment to flow seamlessly into the next. Paired with soft lighting, immersive soundscapes, and thoughtfully curated refreshments, every detail is intentional—created to calm the body, quiet the mind, and restore the spirit. One chair. We have a separate exterior entrance — “not located inside the mall.” Located at the old Forever 21 outdoor entrance Look for the Sola Salons sign, situated between the lower-level JC Penney lot and Dick’s House of Sport. Parking: We highly recommend parking in the designated area in front of Sola, especially if your appointment is scheduled after mall hours. If entering from inside the mall: Use Entrance 3 (Lower Level) near Dick’s House of Sport and Carousel Candies. Exit through the mall doors and follow signs outside to Sola Salons. CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment & Cancellation Policy Each appointment at Halo to Sole Spa is thoughtfully reserved just for you. As a solo-operated studio, your time is deeply valued, and last-minute changes can significantly impact my schedule and other guests’ ability to book. A credit card on file is required to reserve your appointment. It will only be charged if a cancellation policy is not upheld, or at your request to process payment for services received. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. I completely understand that illness or emergencies can arise—these situations will be handled with care on a case-by-case basis. • No-shows or appointments canceled within 4 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the service total. • Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment to honor the time of guests booked after you. These policies are in place to help protect the flow of care at Halo to Sole Spa—ensuring each guest receives the time, intention, and full experience they deserve. Health & Safety Policy: For safety reasons, we cannot provide services to clients who: • Have recent surgery, infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions • Have severe skin irritation, At Halo to Sole Spa , our services are designed for relaxation and rejuvenation, not medical care. They are not a substitute for medical attention. If you have any underlying health conditions or concerns, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before booking.
